I slept downstairs last night.

So, it went like this; the wind came into my room, knocked out my window; which meant I had to sleep with someone else.  Not enough room in my mom's bed, (besides,dad snores like a cow!).  If I slept with my brother I would have died! (his feet!).  So the only choice I had left, was to sleep on the sofa...downstairs!  You wouldn't believe what goes on at night!
